These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Mediworx Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 3921479 ('the Supplier').
No contract exists between you and the Supplier for the sale of any goods until the Supplier has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once the Supplier does so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We do not send random marketing emails to non-customer, personal email addresses ('spam').
We may from time to time email our customers with special offers using the email address provided to us at the time of purchase. Please note that we will not pass your email address on to any 3rd parties, we will only use it to keep you informed of genuine special offers. We will, of course, give you the option to refuse any emails from us in the future by means of 'unsubscribing'.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on the Supplier's website at the time you place your order.
Credit Card orders will only be sent to the registered card holder's address. If this is not the case you will need to contact us and provide additional documentation to satisfy extra security
If the customer opts for the 'payment option' of a stated deposit and the remainder via monthly payments then the 'Vibrostation' remains the property of the 'supplier' until the final payment has been made.
All prices on the website include VAT
Despatch will be within 1 working day of order acceptance (subject to availibility). Delivery is by third party and therefore can not be guaranteed. Please note that we are unable to deliver Vibrostation to either a BFPO Box number or a PO Box number.
Orders received on a Friday after the cut off point of 1pm will be sent out on the following Monday for next day delivery.
It may be possible to request delivery for a specific date. Mediworx Ltd will endeavour to make this happen but it cannot be guaranteed. Mediworx Ltd will not entertain any claim whatsoever for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third party carrier.
There is no charge for Monday-Friday delivery of the Vibrostation throughout mainland UK. Saturday delivery and delivery for destinations outside of the mainland UK are available on request. Contact us for details and price on 0800 999 3340 or +44 151 221 3407

All goods supplied by the Supplier are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. The Supplier may repair the Goods or at the Suppliers sole discretion replace the Goods with either an identical product to the Goods or a product as close to the Goods as the Supplier may be able to supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier's instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier's approval. The Goods are not warranted for use in an environment not in accordance with the instructions such as humid or dusty Garages or cellars, poolrooms etc.
If the Goods develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the Goods, you should notify the Supplier in writing at the address or email address. You must provide proof of purchase.
You expressly acknowledge that the Supplier is not the original manufacturer of the goods, and that the goods have been selected by you as suitable for their purpose. The Supplier warrants to you that the goods will match their specification in both physical appearance and performance. You accordingly agree and acknowledge that all other conditions, warranties or representations whether express or implied or statutory or otherwise in respect of the goods or its fitness for any particular purpose are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that neither the Supplier nor its representatives are qualified to advise you on any aspects of physical exercise or personal health. You should consult your Doctor before undertaking in any strenuous exercise.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises using the goods. You accept the risk of injury from performing exercises on the goods and are advised to consult your doctor prior to beginning any fitness program or exercise on the goods supplied.
Please note the 60 day return option is only applicable to purchases made through www.vibrostation.com or vibrostation.com, adverts placed by Mediworx Ltd or by calling our sales telephone number:- 0800 999 3340
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from Mediworx Ltd
In order to return your goods, you must email or call us within 60 days of delivery and Vibrostation will arrange pick up and cover all costs.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 60 days; in the event of the item being returned to Mediworx Ltd. Please note Mediworx Ltd will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
