Summary
The Vibrostation Studio System utilises a 'rocking' or 'pivotal' motion that is generated from the plate's position on a central axis. This is similar to the movement of a 'see-saw' in that as you stand on the vibration plate your left foot would raise as your right foot comes down in a repetitive motion. The action of the Studio System as you can see from the diagram in the right hand bar is similar to the natural pattern of walking exercise but actually has a lesser impact on joints. By simply standing on the Studio System your muscles can be trained at your desired level.
