Discover what the buzz is about with Vibrostation™ training sessions, which can aid with weight management, toning and strength. We have fully qualified trainers to induct you on the vibration plates and to help maximise your results. On your arrival you will have a full induction and a trainer will guide you through your programmes to help meet your individual goals.

Vibrostation™ is a unique studio based in Whitefield Manchester, specialising in vibration training for many years. The slick, modern and contemporary design gives the studio a sense of warmth and comfort for your training. The personal service will make you feel right at home and is a great way of meeting new people.

The gym consists of 7 studio system plus machines, changing room facilities, lockers, and towels are provided for you during your session.  These machines work on a pivotal system allowing your muscles to work against the action of the plate, contracting on average around 30-50 times a minute.  This allows you to just stand on the plate and from there progress on to other static and dynamic exercises.

Sat – Sun 10am-3pm
